Our event owes its success to all of the people who get involved.
Ina Oktoberfest is a culmination of the Ina valley community coming together and we are grateful to have the support from multiple groups that make this event so great. Everything from hosting activities and music to printing banners and even as event staff, these supporters have helped make Ina Oktoberfest one of the best and most unique festivals in the area.
Event Staff Volunteers
Individuals' support as volunteers to help set up, tear down, and keep the event running smoothly is critical.
Our volunteers include locals from around Ina as well as from the international community living throughout Nagano. Many are bilingual which enables them to assist any of the patrons who come to our event, whether they speak English or Japanese. Starting in 2023, high school students from Ina, who are studying English, are volunteering to help run the game booths and other non-beer related tasks.
As Ina Oktoberfest continues to grow we rely more and more on our volunteer heroes. Running the festival game booths, the main event booth, assisting vendors, and generally helping all of our patrons to have a wonderful experience. Our volunteers give their time to Ina Oktoberfest, and we are very grateful. Thank you to all who volunteer.
